For questions about exhaust fans -- i.e. fans used to remove air from specific rooms in a building and exhaust it to the outside in order to control humidity and/or combustion products. How do I find a replacement fan motor that fits?
Emailing Broan technical support produced a result. It appears this is a Mercury by Nutone style bath fan. Unfortunately they do not offer replacement parts for this model.
