Once the vapor barrier or plastic is installed/stapled over the faced insulation while forgetting to destroy/slash insulation facing underneath, three likely possibilities exist for destroying/slashing … After destroying/slashing the insulation facing, tape the vapor barrier using vapor barrier tape.
