I just laid lvt and had part of the plywood floor sticking up Where it didn’t fit right so it was sticking up about half An inch. I bought leveling concrete and leveled it, but after it dried it kind of went up like a hill probably 1/8 of an inch towards the baseboard and I laid down tar paper and then the floor and I cannot even tell a difference. My bed will be over it so I nor anybody else will ever notice it and even if the room was completely empty you can’t tell unless you lay a leveler on top of it. So unless you have spots that stick up or dip down and then get flat again, you shouldn’t worry about it. If it goes up or down at a slight angle towards the wall it’s not going to make a difference. Unless its like this —_— or this —^— I wouldn’t worry.
