I recently upgraded my kitchen, and now have a refrigerator, stove, microwave, and dishwasher with electronic controls. Add to these my TV's, new high efficiency washing machine, and computers, and I've got a lot of electronic equipment to protect from electrical surges. Would I be better off with a surge suppressor at the main, rather than a bunch of strip surge suppressors all over the house? Also, would a surge suppressor at the main protect my 220V stove?
