114 year old building, was once a commercial building, now residence: Sound is coming from what we believe to be the indoor main water feed, that is buried in the cement floor, except for nozzle, and it's the whooshing sound one hears when turning a hose on full blast! No leaks and no drop in water pressure inside. Can find no wet soil outside, but this feed in the basement is at least 4 feet below ground.
