Based on what I read,oil is considered more durable.

I already primed with 2 coats of oil based primer:

Then,my plan was to spray paint with Tremclad gloss oil based exterior/interior paint:

But then, I happen to pass in home Depot and the guy there swears I would get better results with Behr ultra pure white 8050! Which is not oil based.

So question is: who should I Believe? What paint to use?

Secondly, what way should I go to achieve mirror like shining? Should I sand to 2000 between coats?only after final coat? Or put laquer on top?

I have HVLP 2mm nozzle gun,4cfm at 40 paint according to specs.
