I had a company (whose name will not be mentioned) install a new vinyl plank floor. One area of the floor doesn't sit flat. In one spot about 12 inches by 12 inches it bubbles up creating a trampoline effect when walking over. This is in an area where there used to be a wall. I do not know if the company that installed built up the subfloor properly. Is there an easy fix?

  • Hello, and welcome to Home Improvement. How far up does the flooring bulge? (A picture, perhaps taken at an oblique angle, could really help.) – Daniel Griscom Apr 22 at 20:57
