I have a detached garage with a sub panel. upon inspection I do not see a ground from the main panel and all of the grounds and neutrals in the sub are connected to the same block. I am replacing the sub panel and my question is do I separate the grounds and neutrals and add a ground rod to the sub because I have no ground from the main panel.
