So I have a question hopefully someone can help me out. So myMy room is in the basement and for some reason my nose gets really stuffy when I stay in my room for long periods of time?.

I have a dehumidifier in my bedroom what: what would be a good humidity level to keep the room at ? Some days it is really hot down here and some days it's nice and cool depending on the weather.
