Power strips with flat plugs that send the wire out the side take less room than ones with the tines in line with the wire. Since my bookcases are not permanently mounted to the wall, they were removable "with only a screwdriver", though slowly since one had to empty and move the bookcase first. Relocating the bookcase, or the outlet, are better solutions, though. | |
