Timeline for how to replace flexible coupling when you can't move the pipes?

It's a 1 1/2" to 1 1/14", so it won't slide onto the 1 1/2" pipe (too big) and the 1 1/4 pipe is too short to slide it on.. Also, I don't really have room to cut out a section of 1 1/2" pipe (your top suggestion) as there's only 3" of pipe before hitting the elbow. So, I guess I'd have to cut out pipe on the other side of the elbow? But there isn't much room there either before entering the ground. | |
