Aug 7, 2023 at 22:18 | comment | added | FreeMan | The "arbor" is the threaded screw that comes out of the motor housing, over which the blade slides, followed by the washer then the "arbor nut". Sounds like you've got the arbor nut off. The 2" disk is the washer. Follow Ecnerwal's advice to tap the blade to get it to break loose. | |
Aug 7, 2023 at 21:47 | comment | added | George Anderson | if you removed the bolt in the center of the blade and it still won't come off, it's stuck, simple as that! bang on it with a large rubber mallet or stout piece of wood and you might be able to bust it free. Some penetrating oil applied to the arbor hole might help. | |
