It looks like it is a twist lock system.Here are the instructions how to mount/unmount
You can see it on the second picture on the right.
Twist it counterclockwise about a quarter turn and remove the top part.manual
Now you will have access to the screws holding the base plate to the wall.Just follow in reverse order
