This will give you the 21” clearance required in front of the toilet (without interfering with the door swing) (See Code R307.1) Also it gives a bit of “screening” to the toilet upon entrance into the bathroom and your reflection in the mirror over your vanity location will conflict with the light coming in the window. | |
