Yes, heat guns are easy for flat surface, but I can get into the valleys of mouldings quite easily - just use the corner of the scraper or a screwdriver. | |
Aug 24, 2010 at 19:48 | comment | added | Joe | I'm confused as to how a heat gun is faster than chemicals -- my experience with heat guns is that they're fine for flat surfaces, but start to have problems when you have any sort of relief, as you have to scrape into things, and might have diferent thicknesses of paint in different areas which causes problems. (but then, maybe I was doing it wrong) | |
