I wouldn't do it for original wiring but I don't want someone coming up to me and saying it needs to be done right cause it's new wiring. I had seen that article before but hadn't thought about the sole plate being a running board. I think you are saying I'm probably OK running it the same way and only an inspector's opinion will say I'm right or wrong. | |
