Mar 13, 2017 at 15:35 comment added OrganicLawnDIY If you do not have the ability, tools or desire to run new wires to the new location a couple of stud bays over I suggest you get an extension cord. And PS the lower right neutral conductor is in the wrong spot. It should be in the round hole not the rectangular slot.

Mar 13, 2017 at 3:28 comment added Alaska Man @NikitaG. There is no stud in your photo. if you can not run new wires to the new box/outlet how are you going to accomplish putting it "a couple of studs" over. You need to edit you question to include all the pertinent info (very detailed explanation) and describe exactly what you are trying to accomplish
Mar 13, 2017 at 2:18 comment added Nikita R. The new socket was supposed to go a couple of studs next to the pictured one.
Mar 13, 2017 at 1:34 comment added ThreePhaseEel @NikitaG. -- where do you plan to put this new socket?
Mar 13, 2017 at 0:49 comment added Nikita R. It's an existing wiring in a remodeled house. I can't run anything additional. I wanted to ask whether it's possible to use one of the existing pairs to power one socket and the other to power another, new one.
Mar 13, 2017 at 0:45 comment added ThreePhaseEel Is there another gang in the junction box, or are you running wires from this box to another box?
Mar 13, 2017 at 0:44 comment added Nikita R. I want to add another one using the same wires.
Mar 13, 2017 at 0:39 comment added Kevin McKenzie Are you asking if it's possible to split the sockets, i.e., make one of them switched somehow? Or add another socket?
