If you reapply every year or so (depending on wear & tear), it holds up fairly well. It might not be a fix if you have actual water spurting up through the floors/walls, but for the seepage that I had, it seems to work well. I'd never be able to finish the basement, but I can use it for storage now (though I still keep things up off the floor). | |
