Typically an impact driver will spin freely until things tighten up, and then it will go into impact mode. When replacing a wheel, I know that my driver, at .5s in impact settings, gets my nuts close to the the correct torque. Then I do the final adjustments with the hand wrench.

I think the B refers to Brinell Hardness Numbers. Which is a scale based off of an arbitrary (but standardized) test.

All steel is 200 GPa Young's modulus. That's your elastic deformation. It's such a standard value that manufacturers don't publish it. Anyone who works with steel knows it.

Is there one vent that you want to leave always open? Pull the switch out and hard wire it in the correct manner.

The mysterious black box has wire windings in it. When you feed it with current, an induced magnetic field is created. Since you're using alternating current, the field flips 60 times a second, and this forces the rotor to spin.
