I'm the sole developer for a publishing house, doing on-line courses and exams.

We have a web designer, who typically does layouts and courses, but I do anything that involves programming logic.

comment How should I landscape my yard to make my home more efficient?
This is really a broad question. I'd try and break it up to individual project sized questions and ask those separately.

comment How do I prepare doors to be hung?
The chiselling took about 5 minutes per hinge with a sharp chisel. I used the router bit in my drill to scribe the outline and set the depth. Then it was a bit of tapping to get the field out. It was dead easy in comparison to my free-hand approach on my first attempt.

comment Is plunging a toilet without a plunger a good tip or a horrible idea?
The important question is "Why don't you have a plunger?" They cost about 2 bucks in the discount store.

comment How do I achieve required torque when using an impact driver?
Typically an impact driver will spin freely until things tighten up, and then it will go into impact mode. When replacing a wheel, I know that my driver, at .5s in impact settings, gets my nuts close to the the correct torque. Then I do the final adjustments with the hand wrench.

You really need to align those screw heads on that faceplate.
