I'm the sole developer for a publishing house, doing on-line courses and exams.

A large shower head will hold more water in its "barrel" than a small one. The only exit path is to drip. Try jiggling the diverter after you shut it off. This can introduce air, and help it drain faster.

Can you add a pic of some of the problem spots? Post a link, and we can edit it into your question. Small holes, like a dimple where a concrete nail was pulled can be filled with the thinset when you lay the tile. High spots that are made of excess concrete splatter, can be chiselled off.

I think they're switching on the return leg. HOT-LIGHT-BLACK-SWITCH-WHITE-NUT-WHITE-PANEL. That is, the switch is after the light.
