comment Electrical cable getting warm
It must be the electrical outlets problem, I bought a new heater and still I feel its connection cord getting warm.

I'm pretty sure it was the internet router making the noise.

comment Heater causing dry uncomforatable air
It still is unclear what the difference is between humidity/max/min. It just says "Press the HUMIDITY/MAX/MIN button once to display the maximum readings. Press the HUMIDITY/MAX/MIN button again to display the minimum readings." If I press the button 3 times I get 49%, 61%, 70% which is a big difference.

Also the humidity meter has a normal, max and min button. What are the differences?

Do you have a recommendation for a good humidity meter or are they all pretty much the same?

I got ta humidity meter and it's reading 53%. On the balcony it reads 49%. According the weather network in my area the humidity is 68%. Why all the different numbers? It certainly is conceivable the humidity meter I bought isn't working well.

Nope. New place! Also I was just about to ask a question about a drafty window but noticed there already are some. Hopefully when I fix that I won't need the heater.

Are those safe to use with electronics in the room? Do they cause mold?

For the basement floor would it not be possible to tear out the carpet, pour concrete in, and let it settle in the low points?

Shake it how? Side to side, back and forth, up and down? I can't see what is holding it closed.

Does it matter what the percent of acetic acid in the vinegar is? At the store that had a vinegar for cleaning which was 10% acetic acid (vs the normal vinegar which was 5%) but it cost way more.

comment How do you remove stick on hooks?
The floss worked! I really had to slide it side to side, if I just pulled down it wouldn't work. Thanks!
