comment What to look at first when when circut breaker that fridge is on is tripping?
If you have a multimeter you could test for a short in the fridge cable, whilst off, you can use the multimeter test prongs on each of the plug pins to see if any of the wires are "fusing"

comment Replacing G4 halogen bulbs with LEDs
are the lights on a dimmer circuit. if so, it sounds like your dimmer is not rated for LED's and needs the extra current draw from one of the halogens.

comment Options for lubricating wires for conduit?
Good Answer, And i totally agree about the shopvac and use of water, I did however use soapy water, and it did help. the pull action is the best, but if you have a friend that can help, its worth both pushing and pulling at once.

comment What is causing the last two heads in a sprinkler/irrigation system to have no water pressure?
If you can remove the sprinkler heads completely (mine can screw off), you can test if there is water flow. My line got some sand particles on install day, and ended up clogging the sprinklers at the end of the line.

comment How to drill a minute hole on a wooden pendant without a drill?
if you have any electrical motor on a toy that you can break, the motor shaft can make a really good drill (provided you clip off the end at an angle with some wire clippers. (thinking out the box there)

comment Removing paint from wood
Plus one for the answer above, however, i would actually try the scraping with a light pressure first (instead of sanding). you may be able to scrape the paint of relatively easy.. another solution would be paint stripper.. but this will remove the varnish from the wood (resulting in a re-varnish) -- something that sanding would also necessitate.

comment What kind of lubrication should I use for a lock?
I use lithium based grease, it lasts longer than wd-40 and the graphite powders and serves as a moisture barrier. only problem is, if the lock is used in a dusty environment, the lock will attract dust particles. Still my locks work perfectly all the time (probably over 50 locks)
