comment How to block baseboard (water heated)?
The "special outlet" is called a GFCI. And yes, you want one within 6 feet of a wet area.

comment Microwave Door Twisted
Microwave leak detectors are cheap on eBay. But, "buy a new one" is the right answer. Microwaves are disposable goods.

It's probably aluminum, which won't let magnets stick.

comment What are the options for installing an outdoor outlet in new stucco (not retrofit)
The Raco 1RVX6 you mention will not form a watertight seal with the outlet cover. The sides are permeable to water, and the edge is not even. No good.

comment What is this thin metal wire in wall of 50s home?
Is it bare wire? Bare copper wire? Can you trace it any more? Take a better picture? What's the age of the house? Is the house knob & tube?

comment What Should I Use to Seal the Concrete Slab under the Joists?
@Laxmidi possibly leaking some air from the ductwork would help. Just ensure that any space has a way to vent, or a least one permeable side so it can slowly dry out.
