How do I remove a chimney? Be very carefull!!! Chimneys may look like they are very secure when you start but can have a nasty habit of falling over when you lean against them. |

Are cheap electric brad nail guns worth it for fixing mouldings? Fuel cell power nail or finishing guns are very good also eg one brand paslode and they pack plenty of punch for a cordless gun |

Should I install a hot water recirculating pump before or after the thermostatic mixing valve? How is this going to be a recirculating system? And as for the question about before or after the tempering valve usually most tempering valves specify a maximum pressure difference on the inlets eg hot and cold so after the valve. |

Can I install a hot water recirculation pump if I have a reverse osmosis filter? I agree with that if your using reverse osmosis filters I'm guessing u don't want to drink the hot water, extra leaching occurs when the water is heated. But having said that what piping are you running through? If it uses lead solder in the hot line I really wouldn't do it. |

What could cause water to come out of the faucet when the shower is on? Isn't the divertor on the spout? When he turns the airator on the front of the bath spout it diverts the water so all that is needed is a new divertor spout? Rather than "part of the tap"? |

Did my contractor give me good advice about my septic tank? As bcworkz said if the system was completely blocked the product would do nothing and if it wasn't the product is unessacsry and extremely overpriced for a oxidizing agent, also it should have been a simple task for the plumber to check the amount of blockage if he dug down to apply the oxidizing agent. |
