How do I run a dock circuit and what size breaker will be needed? It doesn't sound like you need 220, 110V should be fine for your purposes as you've described them. |

What kinds of dimmers do I need? If the main dimmer is at half, and the 'sub-dimmer' for branch #1 is full, what power do you want the lights on branch #1 at? |

Why do I only have 30V going to my light fixture The first thing I would do is take your multimeter and go to another fixture and make sure you see 120VAC on it - just to make sure the meter works correctly (assuming you are in a 120VAC country) |

Options for adding “C” wire to thermostat @user9956 yes, all of the wires really don't do anything except where you have them plugged into. If you choose to completely rearrange them to suit your purpose, that's fine. |

Can I add a standard receptacle on a GFCI circuit Those receptacles sound like a good idea, but they tend to be very deep - if your outlet boxes are small, it may be hard to get everything in there. |
