What is the easiest way to remove the old grout? OP didn't ask for safest. He asked for easiest. :) |

Is there an ideal height for a workbench? This is an incomplete question because it all depends on what your workbench is used for. If you're doing a lot of hand-tool woodworking, the height should be optimized for handplaning, where you can really get over the workpiece and use your weight instead of your arms and back. If you're doing more intricate work, like carving or soldering, then you want your workpiece closer to your face, so it would be much taller. |

What are the tools that every Do-it-Yourselfer must own? If you're a baseball cap wearer, I recommend getting one that clips to the brim of your cap. |

How do I alter the shape of my existing concrete steps? Removing the existing steps wasn't really within the budget for me, so I'm probably going to nix the whole idea. Thanks for the answer though. |

How do I alter the shape of my existing concrete steps? Good point, didn't think of that. I considered removing the existing steps, but they go down about 2 feet below grade, so I would need some really heavy duty machinery to pull them out. I would probably have to break them up with a jack hammer. |
