Should I bind the edge of an unbound remnant rug? If so, how do I do so? Eee, now it's perfect! |

What should I use as backing for mosaic accent tiles that are a different thickness than the main field tiles? I've used showers with this "situation" and it's hardly noticeable unless you're special needs / older and need to lean against the shower wall for whatever reason. |

Should I bind the edge of an unbound remnant rug? If so, how do I do so? I'm going to accept this, though I kind of wish it had a step-by-step guide in-answer for binding the rug myself. However, I don't find it objectionable, soooo :) |

I can't think of any other single user who has had as much of an impact on this site than Tester101. He is part of the reason we have an active, respected blog -- I know, because he's shamed me into writing blog posts I need to submit! But, Tester101 is also one of the best about leaving guiding comments for new users and making constructive edits. He also has an excellent sense of humor and is a chat mogul. I can't think of many others whom I would want to see as moderator here more. :) |

BMitch is an excellent user, always friendly, and has been running the Project Update Thursday chat events when I'm busy or couldn't make it. He's a friendly, welcoming person who always contributes meaningfully to the site. His passion for DIY and his love for this place is evident to anyone who browses his activity history. He would make an exemplary addition to our moderator team. :) |
