How do I drill additional holes for adjustable-height shelving? You can make a "jig" yourself--drill a hole down a dowel, slightly larger than your drill bit. Cut the dowel down to the length you need, so that only 1/4" or 1/2" of bit sticks out the stop. Slide it over the bit. Instant drill stop, no investment required. |

Why should I use advanced nails instead of wood screws for strength? @sharptooth, have you seen someone with a nail gun? If they're not doing 1 nail per second, they are lollygagging. When you need to do thousands of nails per roof, 1 second vs. 4 seconds is a huge difference. |
