comment How can I deep clean grout in my kitchen?
I've had good success using a steam cleaner for cleaning grout. Prior to that, the only thing I'd found to work well was lots of bleach and scrubbing.

Your answer would be a lot more helpful if you summarized (but avoid plagiarizing) the content of the guides you linked to in your answer.

comment How to know that new appliance won't trip the circuit?
Most everything should be fine. A 20A circuit can run at sustained loads of 1920W (80% capacity). I'm not sure about the stove though - you listed it in BTUs, which makes me think it's gas. If it is gas, it should be fine. If it's electric, that's not nearly enough. A 40A 240V would be more appropriate, and maybe even beefier depending on the actual stove specs.

comment Create opening in existing wall
Whether or not something will look strange is not really on topic. If you have concerns about the structural aspects of removing a wall section, then I suggest you revise your current question.

I would actually remove the nail and drive a new screw in a few inches away. Banging it back in the same spot will just end with it popping again.

comment How can I improve the stability of this DIY pull-up bar?
You definitely need to add some sort of diagonal bracing. Without it, the base of your stand is dealing with a HUGE moment (torque) that it's not going to stand up to. I'm afraid that it may still be unstable even with substantial additions to the structure. Have you considered trying a pre-made bar that hangs from a door frame?

comment Are there any cordless power tool systems that offer a corded option?
@KeithS: I disagree. I've got 6 of the same lithium ion batteries and 3 chargers. The batteries charge in under 30 minutes. Even with only 3 batteries and 2 chargers, I can keep using my tools indefinitely if they completely discharge after only 15 minutes of use.

comment What happens when my incomer main and generators are operated together without an interlock ?
They won't be in phase. Just stop considering doing this before you end up destroying your generator. Well, at least the bright side there would be that you could no longer kill someone with it if you ruined it.
