I am a total newbie when it comes to programming (been like that for the last 12 years!). I dabble a lot and have built websites and Windows apps, but I don't consider myself a programmer, as I don't really know whether I am doing it right. (but my applications and websites work, just don't know if I am using the best methods and techniques etc... example I once used a DataTable rather than a Generic.Dictionary - Newbie!!! - But don't worry I have fixed that now. ;))

Currently a Support Manager/IT Manager for an MIS software company.

Thoroughly enjoying MongoDB, Node.JS and Express at the moment.

comment Should I reinforce the cupboard back before mounting it to the wall?
@wallyk - Happy with some of your grammatical modifications, but changing timber to lumber assumes this is a US only site and actually I find those edits offensive.

comment When drywalling a room, should I do the ceiling before the walls?
At the time I asked the questions I didn't have the man-power... or tools to attempt the ceiling, but wanted to get started on boarding the room. I asked the question to see if I would have any issues if I started on the walls first, something I could do. The responses though convinced me to get on to something else and wait. :)

Marked as answer due to the level of detail showing both sides with potential issues outlined. The diagrams also help to show the potential issues.

Awesome answer Tester101. I do have blocking so I would be fine with support. But I do like the idea of butting the wall sheets up to the ceilings.

comment Wet Room walls, is plasterboard (Gyproc or Drywall) OK to use?
Ended up using NoMorePly as the tile backing boards. 12mm on the walls and 6mm on the floors.
