I do not have the dishwasher currently to look at it, but I believe it has a place to land the wires.

comment How can I get my thermostat C wire connected?
It's a z wave/wifi thermostat, which requires 24v to rh/rc and the common needs power as well to power the z wave.

I spoke with honeywell (thermostat), the issue I was having was the thermostat was resetting, while on the phone we found out that the c wire had 0 voltage, and the thermostat as actually pulling the 24v from the rh wire. So I went ou and bought a 24vac power supply to give the thermostat the voltage it needs

After more testing I discovered even though its a c wire, it's not pulling 24v, so I'll need to add another 24v to the one wire

comment Any way to monitor load on a power outlet and receive notifications of usage?
I would agree with HerrBag, for the cost to get the Home Automation set up to actually monitor the 1 device and recieve alerts, it would be cheaper to fix the sump pump.

Am I allowed to run a Romex cable from the light switch and join it up to the original neutral wire that returns to the Breaker box?

Is there anything wrong with me running a 100ft wire to the breaker box and hooking up the neutral with the other neutral that is on the same circut? Basically having 2 exit points for the neutral?
