When you replaced it did you see how or why it was broken? Bent shaft? Bad gasket?

comment Flow rate of water in a gutter system
I have an alternative idea that may give you the desired effect. Could you simply flood the gutter so it runs over the top? Fill it to the brim and then adjust your incoming flow rate to get the water fall volume or appearance that you want.

To echo @iLikeDirt, what is the construction of the tile surround? Tile + grout on cementboard? Is there a waterproof membrane like kerdi or redgard?

comment Brass tub overflow pipe stuck in brass tee. How can I remove it?
Will heating the tee cause the soldered side to melt out? Oh and I should obviously disconnect the PVC fittings from the tee and not melt the bathtub too!

comment Is there such a thing as an actual 60W draw LED or CFL bulb?
@Tester101 comment helped me discover the right search pattern. It seems to be expressed as "X-watt (Y-watt replacement)" at a major online retailer. The bulbs to avoid for my use case are ones which are "40-watt equivalent"

Is this tile laid on concrete or on wood? Have you considered removing the subfloor with the tile on and replacing it?

comment Wood trim and new gutters: Gutters first or paint first?
Following up on this popular question. I went with @Pauls suggestion that wrapping is the better choice. Wrapping provided a nice look with low long term maintenance. Sorry for the late accept!
