I am a contractor in the Boston area. I need to install a subfloor over a concrete basement floor. I am thinking of using p.t. sleepers and 3/4" plywood. Is this an efficient and cost effective method ???

What is the moisture situation at floor level? any history of water, or flooding? Sleeper and plywood is pretty old school, with all the new products out there. What is the finish floor material gonna be? – shirlock homes Apr 2 '14 at 20:26
