I have a floor of concrete paver blocks. There is a brown stain on them due to the presence of sand and bricks powder. I'm afraid of using more Hydrochloric acid because it didn't remove all the stain and it created small holes in some blocks.

I think those blocks are too porous to get the stain out. I would suggest you consider putting Concrete Resurfacer over the whole thing. Just giving you another idea: you'll need to research it to see if it's suitable. –  getterdun Jan 27 at 5:23
