I sanded and pre treated with Minwax wood conditioner on my Oak Cupboards. I applied the Minwax stain and it was bleeding some. I was wiping them down with a cloth but then they dried overnight and I had some bleeding. Now they are dry with bleeding spots. How can i fix this before applying the finish?

What do you mean when you say bleeding some and bleeding spots? Do you mean darker areas soaked into the wood? Areas that give up stain when rubbed? – bib Sep 24 '13 at 15:58
