I need to install some replacement tiles on a basement floor. The original tiles are Azrock VCT (vinyl composite tile?) and were installed some time ago, mid-90's perhaps. Some of the tiles have cracked and pulled up from the floor completely. From the Azrock website they have a product called SmartSpray that simplifies the installation process. Does anyone have experience with these products and can offer any tips or is there another recommended way to do this? I would only be installed about a dozen or so tiles in different places around the floor, replacing the damaged tiles only. Any assistance or advice would be greatly appreciated.
