I live in a building with 4 floors and 2 boilers.

When in the bathroom if i want warm water in the washer i have to also turn on the bidet hot water on and wait 1-2 minutes until the water flows hot.
Is this a boiler issue, a water caudal issue? If i turn on another bigger valve such as the sink one the water also takes a couple of minutes to warm but i do not need to also open another tap.
This really pisses me off.
Any tip is welcome. Thanks!
