I want to have a battery powered flashlight that I can control. It can be done in any way. But I need to be able to make it in about two weeks. Does anyone have any Ideas on how to go about this? Thanks in advance.

Every flashlight I've ever bought had an on and off switch, and I used my hand to point it where I wanted it to shine. What kind of control were you thinking about? – The Evil Greebo Oct 11 '12 at 20:27
Honestly, I'm doing a haunted house, and we have a story that goes on throughout the house. We will give somebody a flashlight that is totally functional, but I will have a switch in a back room where I can turn it off. – EGHDK Oct 11 '12 at 20:30
Hobby projects are OT per our faq and "design this for me" isn't considered a proper question for the site. – BMitch Oct 11 '12 at 20:31
If you're looking for a remote control switch, the electronics SE may be more appropriate, but this question as written didn't look like a fit for them either. – BMitch Oct 11 '12 at 20:33
