I recently replaced the fuel tank, fuel line, and carburetor on a 8HP wood chipper/shredder. The first time I tried to pull start it after completing the work, it started right up.

A few weeks later I tried to pull start it again, with no luck. After using some "engine start" spray, it again started right up and ran just fine. Again a few weeks later, I tried to pull start it with no luck.

Is there something I'm overlooking or some type of adjustment I can do to fix this?
